HTBD CODE OF ETHICS

Preamble
If ever there was a need for a document like this it’s now; to benefit and
uplift the glorified nation of female Exotic Entertainers “EE’s”. You see
us in clubs throughout the world, in movies and videos and in your
dreams yet you don’t respect us. We’re sought-after and snubbed,
rivaled but unparalleled and condemned by those who secretly wish to
walk in our heels. We’re dancers, strippers, entertainers, mothers,
daughters and wives and we are not whores! This is our code. We do
not pursue, we do not perform sexual favors, we are not dirty, unsavory
or beneath you. Our platform is one with the potential to position us
high in the areas of customer service, psychology, health and fitness,
human hygiene, entrepreneurship and more. We are broadly skilled and
well rounded and we will not be ill-considered.
H.T.B.D Code of Ethics
The governing body, H.T.B.D also referred to as “We”, “Its” and
“Our” and those affiliated must objectively identify those who seek to
codify and uphold these ethics and support their effort(s). It is our duty
to fortify Exotic Entertainment “the industry” with strong, confident,
talented and secure professionals with ambition who love themselves
and their businesses. We must educate, synergize and rebuild the
industry one performer at a time; restoring grace, eloquence and
dignity to all associated.
H.T.B.D “stakeholders” are performers and affiliates, clubs and club
owners, house-moms, customers and clientele. It is our duty to
consider their interests and them in that order and put what is ethically
sound and best at the forefront of doing so. H.T.B.D, its affiliates, its
heirs, successor’s and/or assigns value respect for self and others,
integrity, all forms of talent, congeniality, ambition and loyalty among
other things. Those deficient in these areas will be considered in need
of improvement and will either acquiesce wholeheartedly through
education, encouragement and support or be dealt with dissociatively,
if at all. We understand that RESPECT is crucial to a thrivingly
successful industry and therefore promise to keep RESPECT as the
fundamental grounds of our cause. We stand up for all industry
professionals and lay down with none for gain literally or
metaphorically. We know that our industry has changed but that with
united, steadfast accordance we can all return our industry to the
grandeur and opulence from whence it came.
